Personal Use

Products purchased from e-robe.com must be for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.

e-robe.com may at its sole discretion, refuse to supply orders of multiple quantities of a particular items.

Termination of access

Access to this website may be terminated at any time without notice. These terms and conditions will survive any such termination.

Governing law and jurisdiction

If a dispute arises regarding these terms of use, the laws of Queensland, Australia, will apply. In relation to any such dispute, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

If you access this website in a jurisdiction other than Queensland, Australia, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction, to the extent that they apply.

Payment

Purchases on e-robe.com can be made by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or telegraphic transfer to our account.  Payment instuctions for the selected payment method will be provided upon checkout.

Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order.

The credit card you are using must belong to you.

Any payment by credit card will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorised, e-robe.com.au will not be responsible for any non-delivery.  

e-robe.com takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible to ensure that your details are safe.  Accordingly, we do not hold any payment details on record.

Exchanges

To exchange the size of the garment, please email us at sales@e-robe.com or telephone us on +971 7 3844 4968 within 7 days of the date of the purchase. You will be sent an email containing instructions for returning the garment to e-robe.com and a Returns Authorisation number.

Once the product is received by the e-robe.com head office and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or damaged and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. The customer will incur the cost of returning the garment to e-robe.com.  

The garment must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the Returns Authorisation number, to be eligible for an exchange.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, please notify e-robe.com immediately and the item will be exchanged for you. Prior to returning the product, please contact us at sales@e-robe.com or on +971 7 3844 4968 within 7 days of the date of purchase and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation number and instructions on returning the garment.

The garment must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the Returns Authorisation number.

Refunds

Items may be returned to e-robe.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  If you would like to return your purchase, please emails us at sales@e-robe.com or telephone us on +971 7 3844 4986 and you will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the garment and a Returns Authorisation number. Refunds are not available for sale items. A sale which is refunded will exclude postage paid.

The garment must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the Returns Authorisation number to be eligible for a refund.  Any items returned after the 7 days will receive a credit only.

Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or damaged and that the tags are still in place, the cost of the item  (excluding postage) will be credited in the manner payment was originally made. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

Quality control process

Every product will undergo a quality control process before being dispatched to ensure you will be satisfied with the product.  The product will undergo the same process when goods are returned.

The product will be checked to ensure it has not been worn or damaged and that the tags are still in place.  

All items must be returned in their original designer packaging (if applicable).  Goods (and in particular, shoes, returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

Shoes with marked soles will not be accepted.

Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is still in place.

Delivery

Any purchases made within Australia will be delivered within 1 – 3 business days from the date of purchase, by registered express post.

All customers within Australia will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 per delivery.

Registered express post is able to ship internationally.  International customers wanting to make a purchase on e-robe.com are asked to please contact us at sales@e-robe.com to obtain a time and cost estimate for shipping.  e-robe.com is not liable for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country so please carefully check your local customs
